The team here at La Quercia Cured Meats is committed to providing the highest quality food in the world. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to contact us via email at store@laquercia.us or at (515) 981-1625 ext.105 between 9 AM and 4 PM CST M-F.
Please note that all of the cured meats we sell online are shelf-stable and can be shipped without refrigeration. When temperatures are high, we may add dry ice as extra protection against intense summer heat and delivery delays. The dry ice may have dissipated by the time it arrives at your house. We recommend that you store your meats in the fridge once they arrive to preserve the flavor and texture over the long-term but it is not a food safety concern.
Unfortunately, our meats cannot be returned or exchanged. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective, damaged or contaminated.
If your order arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a refund or exchange of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued as a store credit or applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
